Distinctly Montana Magazine has been sold by founder Michael Blevins to Bill Muhlenfeld and Anthea George of Bozeman, Montana, according to John Cribb, Cribb, Greene & Associates, who represented the seller in the transaction.

Distinctly Montana Magazine is a high quality glossy product published quarterly and distributed throughout Montana and most of the nation. The magazine, founded in 2001, is a resource guide for all things Montana and includes local features, literary pieces, and high quality art and photography. Included in the sale is the magazine website at distinctlymontana.com.

Larry Lucieer and his partners have sold the assets of AdNet Community News, Inc., Canandaigua, New York, to GateHouse Media, Inc. according to John Cribb, of Cribb, Greene & Associates who represented the sellers in the transaction.

AdNet Community News is a zoned shopper publishing operation serving forty communities in the greater Rochester market area. Circulation for the papers is 165,000 weekly in ten editions. The sale includes the website www.adnetdirect.net.

The company also operates a commercial web printing plant with two Web Leader press lines, mailing, and inserting equipment located in a 35,000 square building in Canandaigua, New York. The printing operation and real estate was included in the sale.

GateHouse Media, Inc. is a publicly traded company (symbol GHS: NYSE) with approximately 75 daily newspapers, 231 weekly newspapers and 117 shopper and niche publications in 15 states.

Cribb, Greene & Associates is an eighty-four year old newspaper brokerage company with offices in Bozeman, Montana and Charlottesville, Virginia.
