Genessee County Newspapers/Flint Advance Newspapers is a suburban twice weekly newspaper group with 80,000 circulation in the Flint market area. The newspapers in the group are The Burton Suburban News, The Clio Messenger, The Davison Flagstaff, The Fenton Independent, The Flushing Observer, The Grand Blanc News, and The Swartz Creek-Flint Township West Valley News. Included in the sale is a 12,800 square foot building recently purchased and remodeled for the newspaper operation.
