The Foto News, a 17,300 free circulation newspaper, has been sold by L. James O’Day to Add Inc., a Wisconsin corporation with publishing and printing interests in ten states, according to Tom Karavakis, Bolitho-Cribb & Associates, who represented the sellers in the transaction.

The Foto News was one of the first free circulation total market coverage newspapers in the country. Owner Jim O’Day is a past president of NAAP, the forerunner of the current national association for free circulation publications.

Bolitho-Cribb & Associates is a publishing brokerage firm with offices in Montana, Wyoming, Florida, and Wisconsin.
