Swift Communications of Reno, Nevada has purchased 51% of 1stHour Communications, LLC, Golden, Colorado from Scott Keller, founder, according to John Cribb, of Cribb, Greene & Associates, who represented 1stHour in the sale.

1stHour Communications ( is a marketing solutions company specializing in the publication of School District newsletters on a national basis through a School District/1stHour partnership. 1stHour has partnerships with school districts in Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado, Minnesota, California, Ohio, New Mexico, Florida and Missouri. New districts pending are in Maryland, North Dakota, Delaware, Nebraska, Texas, Oregon, Kansas, Massachusetts, Washington and Indiana. Some national advertisers in 1stHour publications include AOL, Pizza Hut, Pep Boys, Comcast Cable, Blockbuster Online, Sylvan Learning Centers and DirecTV.

Scott Keller, founder of 1stHour, has kept ownership along with several partners and investors and will continue to manage the growth of the company.
